Description of the project: Tool used to facilitate soldering with tin. Requirements: * Easy to print in 3D. * Allows considering different wire spool sizes for soldering. * Allows maintaining two or more wires of different diameters before soldering. Created by Christian Fromentin. Required tools: * 3D printer for PLA and ABS (Vertex NANO, Vertex 8400) * Aluminum wire with a diameter of 2 mm * ABS, PLA, or other type of wire * Transparent epoxy glue * Tube with an inner diameter of 8mm and length of 80mm Information: The printed parts can be glued together using transparent epoxy glue. It is also possible to simply snap them into place. The holes for the axis of the spool and the guide wire holder must be re-drilled to match the aluminum wire diameter. The aluminum wire should be shaped to resemble the model (see photo). There are two holes at the back of the spool holder, one on each side. A small piece of aluminum wire can be inserted into these holes to keep the axis of the spool in place. Photos
