This is a standoff designed to secure a zip tie to a 1.5 inch diameter windshield front tube of an Ultralight aircraft, such as the Weedhopper. Adjust the top angles according to your needs. Created with Blender software. This design will also work for a 1 inch tube. I have successfully printed it in PETG and PLA materials. Nylon is likely the best choice for maximum UV protection. If you print on flat surfaces, you should not need any support material. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
