The original tweezers stand was prone to accidents like falling or the tweezers being dislodged. The new design, however, offers a secure hook for the tweezers and a screw-mount for attaching it to a heavy base, significantly enhancing safety. It still features a magnet that controls the internal switch of the tweezers, turning off heat when placed in the stand.
