Stand for Valve Steam Deck
prusaprinters

Note: This is a work in progress as I don't have a Steam Deck yet. It is however confirmed to fit by several users who posted Makes. Thanks to them!

Cover picture above is from an actual make from OatmealParmesan. Cheers to him for posting his make and letting me use his pictures of the stand in action!

About the model:

2 small tabs “lock” the stand in place by fitting in the back bottom screw holes. There's also provision for the air intake. Feedbacks are that the stand lock very tightly in place.

This prototype has been printed in PLA. PETG, ASA or ABS might be a more sensible choice depending on how hot the Steam Deck will get in the area of the stand.

2 Versions: One with a flat bottom and one that can accommodate 4 12x3mm rubber feet like those.

Layer Height: 0.2mm
Infill: 15%
Support: None.
Material: PETG, ASA, ABS are probably better choice than PLA due thermal considerations.

If you enjoy or find this model useful please make sure to click the Like button. Thank you!

Thanks to Valve for releasing the Steam Deck CAD file. Makers would love to see more manufacturers do so!
