Stand for glasses/spectacles (OpenSCAD design)
thingiverse
I wear a different pair of glasses when working at my desk in front of the screen. This means that I'm often trying to find the pair of glasses I'm not wearing or trying not to damage the one on the desk. I tried several designs from Thingiverse but struggled to find anything that suited me, until I came across the design by scarou. Unfortunately, although very practical, it was too small for my glasses - who said "bighead"? Because of this, I wrote an OpenSCAD design myself that did what I wanted and would allow me to resize it as necessary. It is also hollow, which will use the minimum amount of filament. I won't be developing this further - I've only published it in case someone else might find it useful.
