Print Settings are carefully selected to achieve optimal results. Printer used: Monoprice Select Mini, a reliable and efficient machine. Rafts are employed to ensure stable adhesion during printing. Supports are also enabled to maintain structural integrity. Infill density is set at 100% for maximum strength and durability. Notes from the designer reveal a clever approach to slicing with supports touching the build plate and a raft. Layer height is precisely controlled at 0.1mm for smooth and detailed prints. Shell thickness is optimized at 0.8mm for added stability and support. Bottom/Top thickness is set at 0.6mm for balanced print quality. Fill Density is maxed out at 100% to minimize material waste. Print Speed is carefully calibrated at 50mm/s for a perfect balance between speed and quality. Printing Temperature is set at 232°C, while Bed Temperature remains stable at 80°C. Diameter of the nozzle is precisely measured at 1.75mm. Flow rate is maintained at 100% to ensure consistent print quality throughout.
