This is v.1.1 stand for Fujitsu 7" LCD Display KD02902-6132 - Those displays can be found for few bucks in ebay/Allegro, displays are for POS systems and have dedicated USB plug that also have 12V power pins (known as PoweredUSB) - it's combined USB plug + additional dedicated pins for providing higher voltage¤t power (display is hooked to USB bus with chip DisplayLink DL-125 (USB to digital RGB 24bit) , for power it need 12V about 400mA).
