Stand for Carnifex (reupload of StarJeff's stand)

With StarJeff's approval, I've reuploaded the files for the revamped Carnifex Hand Cannon display stand that he originally designed. The base is a single component, complemented by a square column and a curved section where the pistol rests. This is the second iteration of his design, featuring additional supports to secure the Carnifex pistol at the bottom. By incorporating these stabilizing walls in this version, StarJeff was able to prevent the top-heavy prop from easily tipping over, as it had done in the initial release.
