Stand for a 608ZZ bearing.
thingiverse
This is a revised rendition of the stand with an embedded bearing. It employs a ubiquitous 608ZZ bearing, commonly utilized in numerous 3D printers. To remix & print this component, the software applications 123D Design, 3D Builder, and Matter Control version 1.7.5 were used. In some cases, Matter Control encounters issues printing certain parts, resulting in inconsistent layer formation. Initially, I suspected a problem with my Robo 3D printer, so I adjusted the pulley, belt, and Y-axis tensioner to optimize performance. However, reorienting the print proved ineffective. Ultimately, selecting the Cura Engine option resolved the issue, as this engine generates more layers and takes approximately 7 minutes longer to complete a print. Interestingly, Matter Control's newer 2.0 version does not incorporate 3rd party slicing engines, but I have yet to test it on this specific component.
