Stand, Clamps and Equipment Kit

Stand, Clamps and Equipment Kit
https://tinkersprojects.com/ This versatile kit is not limited to chemistry alone. It has numerous applications in engineering, stop motion, biology, manufacturing, and more. The system is designed to be easy, quick, and flexible for any project.
Why I Created This System
I needed a custom mount for a microscope camera over a PCB and didn't want to create a one-off solution. I considered alternative methods but thought about how chemistry kits use rods to mount components. Upon examining these kits, I realized there were parts missing that would be useful in my project. Therefore, I decided to create my own system based on the chemistry kit's design.
Stay Up-to-Date
New parts will be added regularly. Both stands use 10mm rods with M3 screws.
Bosshead
This attaches one rod to another at 90 degrees, held in place by a 15mm x M3 screw with a nut.
Clamp
This holds test tubes and thermometers or cameras and probes. A screw tightens the clamp around the object, while a 10mm rod is inserted into the hole with glue to hold it in place.
Ring Stand
Ring stands hold funnels but can also be used as platforms. They come in three sizes: 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm. A 10mm rod is inserted into the hole with some glue to secure it.
Hook
This holds something up, such as cable or hose, by inserting a 10mm rod into the hole with some glue to hold it in place.
Angled Rods
These rods can bend for better angles or go around objects without using more rods and bossheads. A hinge attached to two rods creates a bendable rod. Half a bosshead and hinge can be used anywhere on a rod, with a 10mm rod inserted into the hole and held in place by glue.
PCB Holder
Two of these parts can hold a printed circuit board (PCB) for display or as a soldering station. It clamps onto a 10mm rod and is held in place by a 15mm x M3 screw.
Crocodile Clips Holder
This holds wire, cables, and other objects in place, making it useful as a soldering station for holding components. It clamps onto a 10mm rod and is held in place by a 15mm x M3 screw.
Light Fitting
This light attachment provides extra lighting when needed. It uses a downlight screw connector to attach the light, which can be angled before tightening.
Wing Nut
This makes the system easy to use without tools like screwdrivers. An extra 10mm is required on screws for this feature (bosshead requires 25mm, not 15mm). A nut is inserted into the hole and tightened through the part, with some glue helping to keep it secure.
More Parts to Come
There will be many more parts added. Keep an eye on this project to stay updated.
Note
* Use a 10mm drill for better-fitting holes before inserting rods. * The parts are 3D printed and can melt with a bunsen burner.
