This reel holder project requires printing two tubes, four flanges, and two stands; insert a 19mm bearing into each tube before attaching them to the stand using bolts. Apply heat to PLA if necessary for easier bearing insertion. For better traction, tape tubes and use small velcro pads on feet for stability or easy relocation. Additionally, print a guide pulley and mount along with a 16mm bearing and #10 bolt for attachment to an aluminum frame as needed.
