Stan the Legend! With all the amazing statues around honoring his achievements, it only makes sense that Stan himself gets a tribute. I quickly worked on some color enhancements for the photos, but the original model had some minor issues with the arm attachment on the raft, so I cleverly improvised by attaching two thin pieces of filament to keep them securely in place - much better than their flimsy predecessor. You'll also find an optional thicker version of the glasses attached in case you'd like to print and replace them with your own 3D printed parts. The details on Stan can be accurately captured at an optimal resolution using 0% infill settings, then adding just two layers for that extra touch. It was my idea to design the glasses as a standalone part, but unfortunately I made the choice to go with the transparent ABS - a bit of a trade-off considering it will look a tad hazy when finished, even so if there are those who would like a super detailed clear finish (maybe as a showpiece!) and plan on printing him at larger size, I could easily release just the lenses themselves in that more precise quality.
