This product features AL 5052-H32, 8GA (0.128” thick) metal parts that undergo various processes like bending, rolling, spinning, deep drawing, and stretch forming. Cutting techniques include shearing, blanking, punching, laser beam cutting, plasma cutting, and water jet cutting. Surface finishes available are plating, powder coating, and painting. The certification is ISO 9001:2008. Anodizing follows the Mil-A-8625, Type II, Class I standard with a clear color option.
