XRef links simplify the basic scene by reducing file size and increasing Viewport speed due to low-poly proxy representation. The link system allows you to change mapping and material directly in the scene without altering the original file, giving each model a unique color solution per scene. Using external links is optional - our product also includes a scene with all models presented in their original mesh.
