Stair rover used in competition

On 9th July 2022, a competition on using rovers to transport ping-pong balls down a stair was held. All designs except mine (probably) used extensive electronics… hey! you expect kid from secondary 1-3 (age 10-13) can build that!?So my design insisted on using purely non-electronic mechanical parts, and successfully transported the ball down 2 stairs, while the rover itself toppled after the 8th stair.The model here should not be used as-is. The final rover needs extensive modification, especially needing a counter-weight, and link the leg-pegs to the body with rubber bands at suitable tension.The rover won 3rd-place at the end of the day.
