Earlier I used 1/4-inch Wiha Maxiflex plastic systems with a 24mm straight flat nozzles for water cooling of elastic profiles in the extrusion process.The temperature during this process is 180-200 degrees and always lead to undesirable destruction of Wiha plastic nozzles such as melting and fragility.I offer an alternative 26mm wide nozzle model applying for stainless steel powder or titanium alloys powder laser sintering.Now I apply 316L stainless powder for sintering ( stl, 12,6 gram, 1,62 cm3 for the round version).The geometry of nozzles and thickness of its walls are optimized to reduce amount of powder mass and the cost of sintering.Both round and square version are useful but I prefer the square version for more safety fixing in the machine vice for milling technological supports after sintering. The nozzles are connected with Wiha segments using Wiha or own design pliers.There is no temperature damages of nozzles now.
