I struggled to load the original files into my slicer and generate g-code because of their massive mesh count. By re-creating the parts, I managed to get the g-code size down from 32.1 MB to just 4.26 MB, an impressive 75% reduction. To streamline the process, I re-drew the parts in Solidworks, extruding them to a thickness of 2.6mm.
