Stained Glass Cardinal

How to print: Print each file individually. The recommended color is provided in the file name. Infill % doesn;t matter - pieces are so thin it will be 100% infill. In fact I used normal PLA, and got good transparency from each color (except for white - use a more transparent white if you have it). How to assemble: Turn piece over and use small dabs of superglue on back of black frame, then carefully lay colored piece on frame. Do this one colored piece at a time. To Hang, i just hot glued a small piece of leather cord to the top back, but you could easily add a small hoop in TinkerCAD to the frame file if you want. GCode is provided if you have a a Prusa Printer. If not, then you can at least see the print time for each piece (they are pretty quick). Stained Glass Requests: If you have a request for a 3D Printable stained glass pattern, please let me know in the comments! 3D Printed Birdfeeder: If you like the 3D printed mason jar birdfeeder shown in the background, it is available on our Etsy shop at https://www.etsy.com/shop/SnowBloom3D How I made this: After trying out Hummingbird by SkyBlue (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:834968 ), I decided there really should be more 3D printable stained glass patterns available. I started with this free stained glass pattern of a cardinal: https://stallingsglass.com/Free-Stained-Glass-Pattern-2089-Cardinal_p_4745.html I captured this as a jpg, then edited to remove the text. I then enlarged the image, and converted it into an svg file. I then imported it into TinkerCAD, and resized it so it would be printable on a Prusa printbed. For the black frame, I exported the frame file to STL, imported into PrusaSlicer, sliced, and saved the G-Code. For the rest, I went back into TinkerCAD and created a thin rectangle and placed it behind the frame. I turned the frame into a hole, and grouped the two to cut out the frame shape into the rectangle. I exported this into PrusaSlicer, then chose "Split to parts". This allowed me to delete or keep each part, so I made a group of parts for each color, and exported each group as a G-Code.
