This collection is a unique fusion of various components and other remixes. Suspension Both inner and outer suspension/frames have undergone significant modifications. After experiencing axle failures, I decided to abandon integral axles within the frame and instead use bearing "spacers" as sockets for full-length axles. The drive housing on the inner suspension parts has been reinforced. Drive Wheel While 3D printed gears are effective, a bolt-on spur gear offers greater ease of replacement. The original remix was reworked to create a rounded wheel with reduced material and faster printing times. Most cases require only sprocket supports. I printed mine from nylon to match my Meaty Tracks (also nylon), resulting in a significantly stronger part. Two variants are included: one with an integrated skirt and one without. Due to Simplify3d's quirks, the skirt variant was integrated into the design for printing with nylon or warpy materials. Tensioner The turnbuckle tensioner concept intrigued me, but it proved challenging to print without extensive supports. I modified it to print flat on one side (the No Spacer variant) and then attach axle socket bearing spacer pieces afterward. Part Quantities Print the following components: * Suspension_Inner_Left * Suspension_Outer_Left * Suspension_Inner_Right * Suspension_Outer_Right * Tensioner_Inner_Left * Tensioner_Outer_Left * Tensioner_Inner_Right * Tensioner_Outer_Right The No_Spacer variant of the tensioner parts print flat with minimal supports. If using this variant, also print 4 Axle_Socket_Bearing_Spacer parts. Required quantities: * Drive Wheel Traxxas Spur Mount: 2 * Short Axle: 2 * Full Axle: 10 If your slicer generates a distorted skirt (Simplify3d has issues with large skirts), print the Skirt variant of the drive wheel.
