StageHacks FADER_8 bottom enclosure

This is a bottom enclosure for StageHacks FADER_8 MIDI/OSC Controller : https://www.stagehacks.com/store/p/fader8 I was a bit worried by the "all open" design and wanted something more protective for the components. To install it, you just have to remove the 4 screws of the original bottom plate and replace it by the printed enclosure. I've also added a place for a micro USB plug.
