Stag beetle, second attempt

I am making another attempt to catch a stag beetle. The sunlight is shining brightly on my face as I sit quietly near the tree trunk where it was spotted earlier. My eyes are scanning the ground carefully, searching for any sign of movement. Suddenly, I see a small brown shape scurrying across the dirt. My heart starts racing with excitement as I slowly reach out to gently pick up the beetle. It feels surprisingly heavy in my hand, its body hard and armored. I carefully place it in a container and head back home to show it off to my friends.
