Staff of Priscilla - Fire Emblem

I had envisioned this staff as part of a trio, alongside Lance of Azura and Staff of Lissa, but when viewed individually, they lacked appeal. Still, I'm content with how this one turned out. One aspect I would have liked to explore is incorporating some form of magical effect surrounding the staff, but crafting it was becoming time-consuming, and I couldn't solidify a clear concept for it.
