I just completed my latest creation - an eraser riser/support, which has given me valuable hands-on experience with FreeCad. To keep my project simple, I created a relatively small file since I'm still getting accustomed to the software, but now I'm more confident in its capabilities after finally mastering this design on version three. To prop up the paper and guide the eraser as it rose higher off the table, I made use of an insert, as you can see from the image I took earlier. Below are some tips for recreating my eraser riser/support: Extrusion Width - 0.300 A medium to high-quality print will suffice, considering I intentionally left a small margin for personal preference. For optimal fit and easy installation, apply a slight amount of pressure with a screwdriver; you won't want the support to be too snug as it may become misaligned due to the heat, but this minor deviation should still yield satisfactory results.
