STACKING MODULAR PAINT RACK
thingiverse
This is a repost because the original post does not appear publicly. I apologize for the duplication. Assemble your paint racks any way you want. No gluing required. The clip system allows you to connect the paint racks side by side, stack them vertical, and mix your bottle styles. Change your configuration and add more racks as you grow your paint collection. Disassemble for flat storage. Here is a video of the racks in action: www.youtube.com/watch?v=qD99qx1KvIY If you want to improve to model, I would be happy to share my Fusion 360 files for non-commercial purposes: Here are my current thoughts for possible revisions: - Adjust the rack unit design to minimize the need for supports. - A back brace that can support the tiers at each level, not just the highest tier. This would allow higher and more stable tiers. - Mix the bottle diameters on a rack unit. This would allow Vallejo dropper bottles and Citadel bottles to be in the same rack unit. - Create angled units for a curving layout. - Create a rack unit for brushes and tools. - Any other ideas?
