Stacking learning blocks
thingiverse
Based on a recent concept that caught my eye, I've designed some stackable blocks. You can personalize the top and bottom sections, as well as the words, size, etc. I've included pre-made STL files for a larger "zero" base and numbers one through ten to stack on top of each other. Generally speaking, they will only fit together correctly. Yes, I consider zero essential, especially given my background in software engineering. These blocks could be used for letters or any other purpose you can think of. The example set was printed with ColorFabb nGen filament, except for the brown one which was made with ColorFabb PLA. P.S. It appears that Thingiverse doesn't have the Noto Emoji font available - you can see how it could've been used in the customizer by looking at the C.stl file. P.P.S. My three-year-old grandson just told us that "zero" is actually called "naught". He's definitely going to be a bright kid! Update: March 2017 - I've simplified the stacking mechanism and made the letters clearer. I also recommend printing them in the colors shown, as resistance is indeed futile.
With this file you will be able to print Stacking learning blocks with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Stacking learning blocks.
