Stacking Clips for Ikea Variera Box

I designed these corner clips for 24x17cm Ikea Variera boxes to make them stackable. They are curved to fit on the corners instead of the sides to prevent the boxes from sliding around when stacked. The design is stable enough to stack many boxes on top of each other even if their content is heavy.It took some time to make them fit just right but If you adjust them correctly the boxes stack without moving around. The clips should be placed at roughly 45 degrees on each corner (instead of being diagonally aligned). You can adjust the alignment by moving them around the corners a bit until the box on top sits just right without moving.The current design is too short for the bigger 34x24cm boxes. I might also create a version for them in the future (takes some trial and error).Print settings:I print them in PETG so they can flex a bit and don't warp over time from the clamping force. No support, 2 layers and 15% infill works fine (ca. 3 grams per clip).
