Just push your cards in place and they are secured. When you want to use them, push them all up with your thumb, and then release. Cards should now be nicely stacked so that you can select the one you want. Once your ready, just push them back. The design has flat surfaces to help with sanding. You can put a large sand paper on the table, and rub one flat at the time until it's done. Only the back side has curves and need more work. The Tile stays in the pocket by it self, doesn't need glue. A model of the Tile is included so that you can use it on your own designs. Here is a version without the Tile: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1973026 Print Settings Printer: Minifactory Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 50% Notes: This is designed so that it does not need any supports. Post-Printing 240 grit 400 grit First a light layer of matte spray paint. After couple of minutes a more thick layer.
