If your like me, and don't like to carry an actual wallet with you, this might help your cards last longer. The nice feature of this is that it can stack cards in different height, so it's easier to see the cards, and get the one you want. Just push your cards in place and they are secured. When you want to use them, push them all up with your thumb, and then release. Cards should now be nicely stacked so that you can select the one you want. Once your ready, just push them back. Please report any issues with it. I noticed that an old, slightly bend card, with high emboss, did not work as a first card, since the embossed text could prevent the card from dropping in place. Here is a Tile version: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2068719 Print Settings Printer: Minifactory Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0,2 Infill: does not matter Notes: I made this with PLA. The surface area agenst the print table is actually really small, only the edge. I did not have troubles with it, but bear that in mind. Post-Printing as always Since this is a part that you keep in your hand, sand it. Bear minimum is to sand the groove edge, since your pushing agenst it with your thumb. How I Designed This I saw a commerical of a card holder and started to think how does it stack those cards so nicely. Once I got how it might work, I made a couple of prototypes and found the most compact form.
