Embrace the power of boxes; you can never have too many. Create custom stacking boxes to keep your items organized, from screws and nuts to toys and trinkets. Our Candy Bowl design is not just for show—it's specifically crafted for testing large-bore nozzles in 3D printing. We used a 1.0mm nozzle to print a semi-transparent box at 0.8mm layer height, resulting in a high-gloss, high-quality print. Despite the potential for higher speeds, we opted for slower printing to achieve this finish. The attached images showcase the difference between higher and lower speed prints on the bottom and top parts of the box. Larger nozzles require a slower extrusion rate for optimal transparency and quality. With dimensions of 120x120x80mm, our Candy Bowl took less than two hours to print at speeds around 20-30 mm/s. We kept the design simple with vase mode in print settings to eliminate layer change lines. To ensure strength and clarity, we used Taulman 3D T-glase (PETT) filament for our 3D print.
