I snapped the handle on my Bosch Sortimo 18V SDS drill and it sparked an idea to fire up Fusion360. Designed to match the original shape with precision, I created a snap-fit design that perfectly fits into the original handle mount. This new handle is robust enough in PLA to hold a 5-10kg drill, proving its strength. I printed it on its back with supports at a 0.12 layer height, ensuring a smooth finish.
