Original Gridfinity accessories and baseplates by Zack Freedman: https://thangs.com/designer/ZackFreedmanNOTE: If you're going to add weights to the model, please make sure the dimensions of your weights fit in the slot. This model has a modified slot size (and shape) compared to Zack's original baseplates. The model fits two of these 5g weights side by side per slot (19.0mm x 11.6mm x 4.0mm).Otherwise identical to the Weighted Gridfinity baseplate with larger weights, except that the bottom side has been intersected with the bottom part of a Gridfinity storage bin.I'm not sure about the utility of this yet, it was more of a “ah why the heck not” idea right before pressing print 😁I recommend enabling the "External perimeters first" setting in PrusaSlicer at least for the first few layers, especially if printing in PETG. Attached is a .3mf file demonstrating how this can be done.Various different sizes attached, and if you want a different size you can customize the attached .f3d file. Note that for huge sizes you may have to go in and combine the generated bodies of Blank Storage:2 before the intersection operation at the end of the timeline. The bottom part of the model contains slots for rubber feet just like the original, but I've added a 0.25mm thick “bridge” here to help with printing the first layer. If you wish to install rubber feet, I recommend cutting out any of these bridges that are in the way using a utility knife.
