Background

These cups were originally sized to fit into the advent calendar trays made by a famous large Danish toy company making bricks that snap together!

Uses

I've used them much more standalone for various other things;

sorting screws and nuts

sorting building bricks

collecting filament and purge line scraps

and many other things

Variants

There's currently one large version that also has the half and quarter ones that works best if stacked into a large one, essentially acting as dividers for long items. There's also the much lower and smaller size that's essentially a small tray rather than a cup, which stacks as well but can also fit very nicely at the top of the larger one. These are great to have around when working on various projects to organize small things.

Printing

These models are made to print in vase spiral mode (also known as spiralized countour). They are great as a simple test print, or to use up small remains on your spool. Print in different colors to aid in your sorting and organizing! I usually print with 0.2mm layers and a standard 0.4mm nozzle, but both larger nozzles and thicker layers should work fine.
