Some trays I developed for myself working on aircraft parts for [Redacted] and [Redacted]. These are also designed to be made on very small printers.

They help me organize screws, washers, small wires, and other loose items I would like to keep organized when performing builds on cabin pressure valves, and soldering electronics. It also stacks to help keep work surfaces clear of FOD when not needed. Finally, also includes a lid, to prevent dust from building up on parts when not in used, helping maintain 5-S, and reduce chances of foreign object getting into in progress work.

This is not to say such a tool is not useful for other industries, hobbies, etc.

Build:
Material should not matter, as long as your printer can do small arches, and decent resolution of detail. This design is very forgiving. Small layers can help smooth out slopes, and curves, but thick layers are functional.

Filling of about 20% or more is suggested.
