Stackable hard drive tray with fan clips
thingiverse
I was low on space in my computer case, so I came up with a stackable hard drive tray equipped with 120mm fan clips. Each fan covers exactly three hard drives. Adding supports for the fan clips will yield a cleaner print, but it's challenging to remove them once they're attached. Thankfully, printing without supports worked flawlessly for me. The tray features nubs that align perfectly with the bottom screw holes on most standard 3.5" SATA drives, keeping everything in place. However, I've heard that shucked drives often have non-standard screw holes, so you might need to adjust those nubs accordingly if you're using a drive of that type.
