Stackable Faceshield with integrated cap. Print instructionsThis is a stack-able design of the EU face shield with an integrated cap. A test with a print of two stacks of 4 pieces with a layer height of 0.3 mm and a speed setting of 180% went fine A test with two stacks of 2 peaces with speed settings of 100%, 150% and 170% went fine. A test with 0.4 mm layer height resulted in prints that break too easily. The remixes of other headbands with caps inspired me to design a stackable version that is still flexible and quick to print. This is my 7nd and best version. The cap is 1mm thick, making it both strong and flexible. I print the face shields with a 0.6 nozzle with the standard prusament-PETG settings. Than I speed up the print by changing the speed setting on the printer itself up to 180 % (for the version with a layer height of 0.3 mm). The print time of this faceshield is than reduced to approx 1h30m per piece. I had to change the extrusion multiplier in prusa slicer to 0.95 to avoid blobs, but this might be set differently for your Prusa MK3.
