Stackable Face Shield

Stackable Face Shield

thingiverse

This is a stackable face shield design with a top covering that can be printed at a speed of approximately one hour per frame. The design does not require punching holes into the plastic foil, instead allowing it to be firmly secured into the slot around the band. ***A stackable design requires specific temperature and speed settings for proper layer adhesion between frames, as seen in the photo.*** ***Along with the model files, I have attached the .gcode files that I use with my Prusa Mk3 (definitely compatible with the Prusa i3 line of printers). I also attached the PrusaSlicer project .3mf files that I used to generate the gcode.*** ***I have posted documentation on the specific print settings at Instructables: https://www.instructables.com/id/3D-printed-Stackable-Face-Shields/*** The Fusion 360 file (.f3d) has parameters that can be modified for the stack offset (the distance between the frames) and the levels stacked (number of stacked frame levels). The ZIP file contains all project files organized in different folders.
