Stackable ear savers
thingiverse
There are a lot of great ear savers already out there. By chance I found a design on prusaprinters, which I really liked, because it makes it possible to print a huge amount of ear savers without any printer interaction or cooling / heating time of the printer, by simply stacking the ear saver prints (https://www.prusaprinters.org/de/prints/49435-ear-savers). But I found some parts to optimize, so I reworked it a little. The new design now has only one layer thick spacers, one more hook to offer more widths and on one side hooks with only a narrow gap, to prevent loosing masks or ear savers. I stacked the ear savers using the prusaslicer, but because many of you certainly use a different slicer I prepared a stack of 10 already and uploaded it. If you want to stack it by yourself, please follow the instructions below. The parts should be printed using a 0.4 nozzle and 0.3 layer hight, because the spacers are optimized for this. I strongly recommend using a brim to give the stack enough adhesion on you printing bed.
