This Expandable Power Pack uses an 8-Hook Holder to connect and secure multiple 18650 Lithium Batteries directly, without requiring any Printed Circuit Boards. Cables can be attached securely to the pins via soldering. The Battery Management System can be found at http://www.ebay.com itm/400970930422 My Power Pack features removable sideplates and frames that are easy to mount from the top after cables are soldered. The configuration can be tailored to suit your specific needs. I utilize 1.5mm Pertinax for Plates and 10 x 10 x 1mm Aluminum Brackets for housing and internal cover plates. Please note that the frame mounts in my build are custom-fitted for my bike frame and will require redesigning for a different bike before printing. To secure the frame holder brackets, I'll be using zip ties, as they've proven to provide excellent flexibility. The lower two frame holders are attached with screws from the bottle holder bracket.
