Stackable Desk Organizer Trays - (SDOT)
thingiverse
Look – nobody is pretending there aren't a billion small-parts trays out there already, but sometimes you look at a pile of junk and figure you want something specific, and suddenly here we are. I'm calling these SDOTs (stackable desktop organizer trays) just so they have a name. It's hard to beat the appeal of the **gridfinity** system with the myriad options available there. But if a grid isn't going to work in the limited space of say, your desk, perhaps my little stackable trays will be helpful. These have helped me clean up a bunch of small electronics parts from various projects that were cluttering my desk. I've printed six of them in various colours so far, and it's fun to sort bits and de-clutter with them, and they stack nicely out of the way (if you don't over fill them) so perhaps you'll like them too. They are 110mm x 90mm (about 4.3 x 1.25 inches. I've included two heights, and a few compartment varieties. If you'd like a different compartment arrangement, let me know and I'll *try* to add them when I get a minute. Or – by all means remix to your desired configs. I've tagged these as **SDOTs** just so they have some name that others can refer to if they're remixing to make additional stackable variants in 110 x 90mm size. No special printing instructions, materials, nor supports required or anything. Just slice, print and go.
