stackable covid face shields x6
thingiverse
I use PLA to design a COVID face shield with 6 stackable layers, created by Grogamins Workshop in Paris. My printers are Cr10S Pro models that consistently produce high-quality prints. To achieve the best results, I set my temperature to 205 degrees Celsius and maintain a bed temperature of 54 degrees Celsius. The layer thickness is precisely controlled at 0.2 millimeters, while the printing speed is optimized at 60 millimeters per second. To ensure structural integrity, two walls with a thickness of 0.8 millimeters are generated for each layer. Additionally, an eight-brim line count provides extra support and stability to the design. Each stackable layer is carefully spaced apart by 0.1 millimeters to guarantee a seamless assembly process.
