Instructions Design Your Stackable Crate! Choose from the following options to customize your crate: Front Wall Length Ratio: Set this value to adjust the front wall length compared to the box's depth. For example, a ratio of 0.40 will result in a longer front wall than rear. Front Thickness: Specify the thickness of the front panel in mm. Box Depth: Select the overall depth of the box in mm. Box Width: Choose the total width of the crate in mm. Main Thickness: Enter the main body thickness in mm. Stack Guide Width Ratio: Adjust this value to control how much wider your stack guide will be compared to the rear wall of your box. A higher number will make the guide even thicker and more secure, with a 3.5 making it around the same size as the front wall width for example, giving maximum security but leaving minimum room. Angle: Set the corner angle between degrees; 0 to 180 are accepted angles (you'll likely not go over that amount but be my guest). Box Height: Select the final height of your box in mm, don't exceed max recommended for any reason if unsure how strong an option would perform, otherwise choose it yourself. Stack Guide Functionality: You can select whether or not your guides will simply hold your items against gravity at the correct alignment on your rack when stored upright - just be mindful and check this doesn't obstruct something.
