Stackable Bins

thingiverse

Designed to work seamlessly with machined screws, this tool boasts tiny drainage holes for efficient use. Elevated on either end by sturdy railings, its ingenious design allows for a secure "stackable" sliding system. Instructions Engineered using SpaceClaim CAD software, every detail matters in its creation. The MakerBot Replicator 5th Gen prints it out with precision using high-quality PLA filament. Set your printer to lay down layers at 200 microns and fill them with 20% of material for optimal results. Keep the printing temperature at standard levels - 215 Celsius works well, while slightly adjusting to 218 Celsius can produce excellent prints when using black PLA. Print the tool flat on its base, rather than stacking it vertically as depicted in images, for superior print quality. Don't forget that support structures are crucial for those side guide rails and adding rafts helps elevate the print's base.
