Stack On Replacement Drawers with Handles
thingiverse
These storage drawers were designed with compatibility in mind for certain Stack On 39 Drawer Storage Cabinet models to provide custom divided spaces. After testing some included in my cabinet, I discovered variations due to printer differences and manufacturing discrepancies that might affect their functionality across all units. Currently, only the smaller drawers are complete, featuring two or three compartments. Future plans include completing the larger drawers, which require a basic design modification to determine optimal compartment divisions. The handles come in two versions: one for 6-32 hardware and another for M4 hardware. The necessary components include: M4 bolt with an 8mm length or less along with a washer An M4 nut that fits snugly into the M4 knob A 6-32 screw measuring 3/8 inch in length or less accompanied by a washer A 6-32 nut designed for a press fit into the 632 knob To assemble, simply insert the bolt from the inside and attach the knob. Added on 9/3/2016: A new 4-compartment bin was introduced. Added on 9/8/2016: Variation A of the 4-compartment bin included one large compartment and three small ones. An 8-compartment large bin was added. On 10/11/2016: A variant of the 6-compartment large bin was introduced. Print Settings: Printer: Creator Pro Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20% Notes: When printing knobs and nut inserts, place them on the bottom (knob facing down). Both PLA and ABS materials have been used successfully; however, if you encounter difficulties with inserting nuts in PLA, consider using ABS due to its increased flexibility. I printed the bins in ABS as I had a surplus of Orange material, but PLA should work just fine.
