Stack Jack Mini is designed specifically for computers with a single graphics card 200 mm or larger that sags at one end when unsupported. This model uses a custom thread design providing 1 mm vibration-resistant adjustments every third turn. The movable adjustment parts fit together in such a way that they will not move freely under pressure. The modular design, consisting of parts a, b, and c, has a range of 5.5" to 8.5" and can be increased using the 2" (50mm) extension. The compact design, made up of parts a and cb, has a range of 4.5" to 7.25". Warning: This design's small diameter may make printing very difficult. File information includes: * Stack_Jack_Mini.stl - a visual reference file only * S-J_M_a.stl - the inner portion of adjustment parts * S-J_M_c.stl - the outside portion of adjustment parts * S-J_M_b.stl - the base for Stack Jack Mini, modular version * S-J_M_e.stl - 50 mm extension * S-J_M_cb.stl - a combination of base and adjustment portions Print settings include: * Printer: Monoprice Select Mini * Rafts: Yes * Supports: No * Infill: No / included in design Notes: Adhesion issues may occur due to the extreme size of these parts. Using a large raft is recommended. Post-printing instructions: First time assembly involves inserting part 'a' into parts 'c' or 'cb'. This clears excess material left from printing. It's recommended to screw the parts together partially, take them apart, and knock out any loose particles before repeating.
