Stablized and Higher Cord Reel Spool Riser Clip

I adore our new filament management system using cord reels and Jag's spool riser design (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5792). However, I encountered three issues with his design: thin prints were unstable; thick prints made spool removal difficult; low risers caused trouble when changing filament if the z-stage was fully raised. To resolve these, I modified Jag's design (appreciating the source file) by adding a stable base and raising the height. The updated risers perform flawlessly. Print four units - two lefts and two rights. Position them on the center of one side (identified by a large notch), then slide them over to securely hook under the edge.
