Stable Spool holder assembled with M3 Screw and Nut
thingiverse
This is a remix out of several sources, who I liked to use for a stable and solid spool holder. (see below the section "How I designed this") I have reworked the spooler 1 and 2 with nut holes for a better fit of the M3 screws and also reworked 2 cut outs for the stand to be turnable by 180 ° in case a small filament spool needs to be used. The design contain 6 main parts to be printed for 1 single spool roller. ( Of course you need min, a pair of them to work with ) Best to use the All in one file "SHW-AIO-Spool Holder-P1.stl" for the main parts. With my settings 20% infill this print needs approx. 16g of filament and 1.30 h. 1 x spooler part 1 1 x spooler part 2 2 x bearing roller None printable parts 2 x ball bearing 608ZZ 2 x screws M3x12 and nuts M3 are required to assemble 1 spool roller. 3 Optional spooler parts for 1 single spool roller 2 x V-rolls for covering the bearing in case wanted. ( Warm it up a little to fit more smoothly over the ball bearings ) 2 x normal stand or 2 x stand with screw holes whatever needed. The assembly is easy and can be seen in the pictures above. Maybe you will post a make / or provide me a like if you find it usefull.
