Introducing Stabilizer Leg Suspension v2: This updated design features two dumper assemblies with springs to replace the incorrect existing spring. The force in the damper spring is over 3300N, so two same springs are required for optimal performance. The new setup allows the wheel-arm to move within a range of 0-19 degrees, similar to the original hand truck. Additionally, the wheel-arm construction has been simplified by removing some parts and adding more cost-effective ones. Included are a PDF file with an introduction to the solution, damper analysis, calculations, and CAD model for easy reference.
