Introducing my design for the challenge: a glove that suppresses hand tremors through mechanical stabilization using elastomers. The glove is made up of two materials. First, used in the construction of the arm, hand, and fingers, this material allows for natural movement without hindrance. Second, serves as a buffer strip to reduce tremors in both the arm and fingers. This absorbs vibrations caused by tremors. Additionally, proposed materials offer sun protection and moisture absorption if needed, keeping the device lightweight and comfortable for users. It can be discreetly worn under clothing without causing discomfort. Adjustable to various sizes with velcro, the glove also features adjustable buffer strips. Attached are specifications of the materials used and a video showcasing their cushioning effect. I'm currently working on a simulation testing material characteristics under harmonic movements as per challenge requirements.
