Stabilized Pusher for LeedleDynamics' Maraca
prusaprinters
tldr; If your Maraca's pusher dangles, replace the Pusher.stl by the provided StabilizedPusher.stl in your print.---The Maraca blaster works exceptionnally well, however mine ran into a major issue. The pusher (file Pusher.stl) was dangling instead of staying perpendicular, which caused the priming process to fail. In order to rectify this I have updated the part to include a flat section which, combined with the tension from the pin, locks the pusher in place. You will find in the files:The produced STL file of the stabilized pusher. My OpenSCAD source file, which must be placed in the same folder as the Pusher.stl file if you want to compile it manually. Since I've produced this file empirically, some adjustments might be made depending on how you printed your parts, so you can use this file to do that.In order to print this part:Print it as you would print the original, on the flat side, using the settings you've used for the rest of the blasterMy print was in PCTG, with the “0.20mm Strong” profile of the Bambulab X1 Carbon
