Stabilized paper towel holder

Stabilized paper towel holder

I've been searching for a reliable paper towel holder for Ikea Skadis for quite some time now. Most designs I came across either failed to impress or were overly complicated and didn't live up to expectations. The best variant I found was the one I'm currently remixing, but even it had a significant flaw: the axis hooks were extremely wobbly, causing the towel roll to come loose every time you pulled a sheet out. So, I simply added another plank for enhanced stability. It's still not stable enough to dismount the roll without some effort (especially when using PETG), but it shouldn't be wobbly enough to lose its grip occasionally. Yes, this modification makes printing more challenging and time-consuming, but I managed to add angles that minimize support material usage by only requiring supports at the highest point. I don't recommend mirroring this design to get the second part; instead, use the provided files. Alternatively, you can do whatever you want with it, but if you're using Cura, be prepared for some unusual errors after mirroring it.
